About Intelligence8

Every agent we build has guardrails, auditability, and human oversight integrated from the start.

Responsible by design

AI agents amplify human capability. The analyst who did copy-paste becomes the supervisor of intelligent operations.

Augment, don't replace

We build with open standards and modular architecture. No vendor lock-in. Your data is yours.

Modular & open

Our own operation runs on the agents and platforms we build. Proof before promise.

We use what we build

Our Principles

Leads Intelligence8's strategy and growth. Connects product, market and operations so that every platform in the ecosystem reaches the people who need it.

Alex

Bets before the consensus forms. He is the public face of Intelligence8 — on stages, panels, and classrooms — and uses each of those spaces to champion a thesis on the future of work with AI. He's been building companies for over two decades. Now he's building the next one.

Abel

Turns uncertainty into architecture. He decides which technical bets the team will sustain for the years ahead — and which ones aren't worth touching. If an Intelligence8 agent ships to production, it passed his review.

Edgard

Lives on the frontier between what models promise and what clients need. Builds the agents that run when no one is watching, and refines them until they stop surprising — in a good way.

Felipe

Doesn't trust AI that works "most of the time". An AI engineer obsessed with predictability: every process he automates must deliver the same result on the hundredth run as it did on the first. Where intelligence meets discipline, he's there.

Pedro

Our team combines deep expertise in business processes, AI engineering, and enterprise systems. We speak both languages — technology and business — and put both into every product we build.

Our Team

We design, build and operate our own products.

From concept to real-world use

In every product, AI is the starting point — not a feature added later.

AI at the center of the design

Each product is born from a real problem, not from a technology looking for a use.

Starting from the business problem

Our own operation — sales, support and management — runs on the agents we build.

Proof before promise

Artificial intelligence is not an accessory in our portfolio: it is the core of how we think, operate and build.

We don't adopt AI. We were born AI.

Artificial intelligence at the core, governance from the first design.

How we build our products

Privacy by design: legal bases, data minimization, anonymization and data-processing agreements defined in the architecture.

Privacy & LGPD

Guardrails, operating limits, audit trails and human-in-the-loop on critical decisions.

Agent governance

Access control, environment segregation and encryption of data in transit and at rest.

Information security

Anthropic Claude, OpenAI and open models. We select the model for quality, cost, latency and data privacy, case by case.

Model-agnostic architecture

Applications and APIs on modern cloud architectures, conceived to operate with AI from the first design.

AI-Native engineering

NFS-e, the SPED ecosystem and Pix payments, with accounting, tax and financial compliance.

Technology for the Brazilian context

The same foundations across every product in the ecosystem.

AI with governance by design

The problems each Intelligence8 product solves — from silent churn in the customer portfolio to Brazilian fiscal routines.

An AI platform dedicated to the Brazilian tax universe: it grows out of our command of NFS-e, the SPED ecosystem and compliance to turn fiscal complexity into clarity and automation.

An AI agent that talks to candidates from the start to the end of the recruiting funnel: it welcomes them, understands their profile, qualifies them against the job's criteria and organizes the next steps of the hiring process.
